. This is an application under Section 5 of the Limitation Act seeking condonation of delay of one year and one month caused in seeking review of the order of this Court dated 14.01.2019 passed in Writ Petition No.2182/2017.

Though non-applicants are served, they remained absent meaning thereby the reason for delay canvassed by applicant remained unchallened. Apart we have gone through the reasons which pertain to illiteracy and unawareness of the applicant, who is a railway porter. 3. In order to facilitate to get the cause decide on merit, we deem it appropriate to condone the delay. In view of that the application is allowed.
