This application is taken out for permission to supply correct name and address of respondent no. 2. That the notice issued to the above said respondent is received back unserved for want of correct name and address since the said respondent no. 2 is superannuated. Thus, the applicant is furnishing correct name and address of aforesaid respondent. The application is supported by affidavit.
Since the application is formal in nature and supported by affidavit, the same is allowed. Necessary amendments be carried out in the cause title of the petition by substituting the name of the present Education Officer of respondent no. 2 as mentioned in the application. Thereafter, office to issue notice to the aforesaid respondent, returnable within six weeks.
