The learned Counsel for respondent Nos.1 and 2 filed an affidavit on record contending the manner, in which the part payment will be made. It is contended that at present, respondent No.1 will pay Rs.1,20,00,000/-, as mentioned in paragraph 3 of the affidavit, by 15^th of March, 2024 and so far as the remaining amount of Rs.86,45,835/-, which is receivable through post dated cheques, is concerned, the same will be paid in due course after the cheques amount is credited to the account of respondent No.1.

02] All the respondents are personally present in the Court. However, the learned Counsel for respondent Nos.1 and 2 submits that respondent No.1 is not able to walk and is on wheelchair. Today also, he is present on wheelchair. According to him, respondent No.1 has many medical issues.

03] Therefore, considering all these aspects, respondent No.1 is exempted from attending the Court on each date of hearing, unless the Court directs to remain present.

04] In view of this, Criminal Application [CAN] No.18 of 2024 is disposed of.
