Having heard the learned Counsel appearing for the Applicant and for the reasons stated in the above Civil Application, the same is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a), (a-a), (b) and (c) reproduced above.

The copies of the Civil Application seeking condonation of delay [Civil Application No. 265 of 2016] along with the papers and proceedings in the above Appeal, shall be supplied to the Registry within a period of two weeks from today. Once the papers and proceedings are supplied as directed above, the Registry shall issue notice to the Respondent returnable on 14^th June, 2024.

In addition to the Court notice, the Applicant is permitted to serve the Respondent with the papers and proceedings in the above Civil Application No. 265 of 2016 as well as the Family Court Appeal, by private notice as well.
