CIVIL APPLICATION NO. 9/2024
3]By present application, about 49 workers,
which includes legal representatives of workers, have
proposed to purchase plot no. 147, admeasuring 2310
square meters @ Rs.14,000/- per square meter.
4]This property has been yet not put to
auction and, therefore, there arises no question of
considering the proposal, as put forth.
5]This Court has earlier made it clear that the
workers and the persons, who are occupying the

Company premises, should vacate the premises by
30/4/2024.
6]In the circumstances, the application and
proposal, as filed, is not acceptable. The application is
accordingly rejected.
