The appellant has filed this appeal challenging the award passed by the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal and District Judge-I, Mangrulpir dated 8.5.2024. The appellant is ready to deposit the entire amount along with accrued interest thereon before the M.A.C.T. by RTGS/NEFT within a period of 12 weeks. The effect and operation of the impugned award is stayed subject to depositing the above amount by the appellant within a period of 12 weeks. If the appellant fails to deposit the amount within stipulated period, the stay shall automatically stand vacated.
