This is an application seeking leave to file appeal by the acquiring body against the impugned judgment and award.

It is stated that the acquiring body was not made party in the reference application. Reference has been decided in the absence of acquiring body. In view of this, acquiring body has right to challenge the impugned judgment and award.

Accordingly, leave to file the appeal is granted.
