This is application for condonation of 101 days delay caused in filing appeal against the impugned judgment and award 10.12.2021 passed by the Chairman Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal, Gondia.

It is stated that due to administrative procedural formalities, the delay has occurred. Learned Advocate for the respondents submits that he has no serious objection for this application.

It is seen that this Court has granted permission to the respondents to withdraw 50 % amount of compensation deposited in this Court.

In my view, reasons stated in the application

are sufficient to explain the delay. Accordingly the application is allowed. Delay of 101 days in filing the delay is condoned.

The appeal be registered. 6. The application stands disposed of, accordingly.
