This application is filed by the applicantrespondent no.1 for withdrawal of the compensation amount deposited by the appellant-VIDC.

¶13

Learned Advocate for the applicant-respondent no.1 pointed out that out of 75% amount deposited by the appellant in this Court, 50% amount was withdrawn along with interest accrued thereon. He further submits that remaining 25% amount shall be paid to the applicantrespondent no.1 along with accrued interest thereon.

In view of above, the remaining 25% amount along with interest accrued thereon shall be paid to the applicant-respondent no.1.

The appellant-VIDC is directed to deposit the balance 25% amount along with interest accrued thereon within two weeks, in this Court.

The application is therefore allowed and disposed of.
