It is submitted that first appeals are already disposed off. The applicants are seeking withdrawal of the amount deposited in the respective first appeals.

Learned advocates appearing for the respondents have no objection for disbursement of the amount. Consequently, civil applications for withdrawal of the amount are allowed. The applicants are permitted to withdraw the amount deposited in the respective first appeals. Civil applications stand disposed off.

Although, the appeals are disposed off, considering the fact that there are orders of civil Court declaring the applicants to be L.Rs. of original claimants, there is no impediment in granting the applications. Hence, the applications are allowed in terms of prayer clause B,C and D and disposed off. Amendment to be carried out within one week from today.
