2] The learned counsel for the applicant submits that this Court, by orders dated 10.12.2007, 18.12.2008, 20.06.2014 and 25.03.2015 has already permitted withdrawal of the amount to the similarly placed employees.

3] In view of the above, the present Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause-B. The withdrawal is granted subject to outcome of the Writ Petition. Civil Application is disposed of accordingly.
4] Appearance of Mr.R.N.Dhorde on account of his designation as Senior Advocate is discharged on behalf of respondent no.1.
