We have heard learned Advocate Mr. Bhandari holding for learned Advocate Mr. Dhorde for the applicants. The prayer clause in these Applications run thus:-

“(B) Order dated 03.05.2023 passed by this Hon’ble Court in Civil Application No.3178 of 2021 in First Appeal No. 3637 of 2011 and connected Civil Applications may kindly be modified / clarified and it be held that, in the inquiry as per Order 22 Rule 5 of Code of Civil Procedure, only six heirs of late Mr. Pritamsingh Sardarsingh Chhabda will have right to participate.”
