Respondents, for filing affidavit-in-reply to the Civil Application and even to the petition.

We find that the Applicants/Petitioners desire to place those documents on record which they have received from the Reserve Bank of India as well as from Respondent no. 2. Addition of grounds is only with relation to such documents received from the R B I itself and Respondent No. 2.

The Reserve Bank of India and Respondent No. 2 oppose the application.

In view of the above facts and for the reasons set out, the Civil Application is allowed. Amendment be carried out on or before 1^st March, 2024. Amended copy of the memo of the Petition be served on both the Respondents.
