ORDER :
1 The applicant prays to quash and set aside the order dated 04.12.2023 passed by the learned Registrar (Judicial) and restore the Writ Petition (Stamp) No.21992 of 2023 and also prays to condone the delay caused in filing present civil application. Considering the submissions advanced and reasons stated in the application, the application is allowed in terms of prayer clause ‘ B ’ and ‘ C ’, subject to condition that the applicant shall remove the office objections within a period of two weeks. If the office objections are not removed the writ petition shall stand dismissed, without further reference to the Court.
