deceased never came out of the said shop but in the night, all three accused carried something in a gunny bag and loaded the same in the auto-rickshaw, which was thereafter taken by the applicant and the other co-accused. The charge-sheet further shows that the dead body was recovered at the instance of the applicant.

Considering the seriousness of the offence and the nature of the evidence collected by the Investigating Officer during the investigation against the applicant, I am of the opinion that this is not a fit case for grant of bail. Accordingly, the application is rejected and disposed of.
