2 . By an order dated 28.03.2024, this Court has granted leave to file the charge-sheet, however, despite the same, the Non-applicant No.1/State, has not filed the charge-sheet in time.
3 . The Non-applicant No.1/State, is directed to file the charge-sheet before the Competent Court till 09.12.2024.
