2 So far as applicant in Criminal Application No.1539 of 2020 is concerned, it appears that he was holding additional charge of office of SubRegistrar, Murud, Dist. Latur at the relevant time and co-accused in the said crime are acquitted by order dated 16.09.2023 passed in Regular Criminal Case No.1331/2020. Therefore, application filed by the said applicant has become infructuous. Hence, Criminal Application No.1539 of 2020 stands disposed of as infructuous.

3 As regards rest of the applications are concerned, in view of the aforesaid position that main matters i.e. proceedings itself have been disposed of by the Trial Court, these matters have become infructuous and, therefore, stand disposed of.
