This is an application seeking to quash F.I.R. in Crime No.0272/2024 registered by non-applicant No.1 for the offence punishable under Sections 420, 467, 468, 469 and 471 read with Section 34 of Indian Penal Code.

Applicant’s learned Advocate would submit that the allegations as regards to the applicant are only about alleged irregularity and illegality committed in sanctioning the loan in the year 2013. The applicant is serving with Finance Company from the year 2018 of which appointment letter is produced. Thus according to applicant he has no concern with the alleged sanction and disbursement of loan.

Issue notice to the non-applicants returnable on 11.10.2024.

Mr. A.R. Chutke, learned A.P.P. waives notice for non-applicant No.1/State.
