alleged are under Sections 324, 323, 504 and 506 r/w 34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 and Sections 3(2)(v)(a) and 6 of the Scheduled Castes and the Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989. Considering the nature of allegations coupled with the fact that investigations were complete and charge-sheet has been filed the learned Judge thought it appropriate to release the accused on bail after accepting their surrender. The learned Judge has taken note of the fact that there are no criminal antecedents against the accused and that their presence could easily be secured during currency of the Trial. In am not inclined to interfere in the order passed by the learned Special Judge. The appeal is accordingly rejected.
