Heard learned counsel for the applicant and the learned APP for the respondents-State.

The applicant is apprehending arrest in connection with Crime No. 464/2023 dated 25.12.2023, registered at Ardhapur Police Station, District Nanded for the offences punishable under sections 498-A, 306, 304-B, 34 of Indian Penal Code.

The learned APP submits that as per his instructions, investigation in the matter is over and the documents are forwarded to S.D.P.O. for approval and approval is given by the S.D.P.O. for filing chargesheet and the case is in the process of filing chargesheet.

It appears that anticipatory bail has been granted to the co-accused, wife of the present applicant, vide order dated 11.3.2024 in ABA No. 264/2024. Allegations against the present applicant are similar to that of the co-accused, wife of present applicant.

In view of the above, the application is allowed and the interim relief granted by this Court vide order dated 13.3.2024 is confirmed on following conditions.

i] The applicant shall attend the concerned police station as and when required.

¶20

ii] The applicant shall not tamper with the evidence of the prosecution in any manner. He shall not influence the informant, witnesses and other persons concerned with the case.

iii] The applicant shall co-operate with the investigation and also in the proceedings before the trial Court.

¶22

In the event, the applicant violates any of the conditions specified in this order, it shall be liable to be cancelled.

It is also clarified that the observations made in this order are limited to the disposal of the present anticipatory bail application and the trial Court shall proceed further in the matter without being influenced by the observations made hereinabove.

8. The application stands disposed of.
