Heard. Leave to amend to add the first informant as party respondent to this application. Amendment to be carried out forthwith.
- The learned APP submits that the main accused has already been arrested in the present crime, and the role of the present applicant is limited to accompanying the main accused, who is her husband. The learned APP assures the Court that the applicant will not be arrested in the present crime till the next date, provided, that she attends the concerned police station. Accordingly, the applicant is directed to attend the concerned police station on 4, 5 and 6
