him her house and when she took him inside the house, at that time, applicant told prosecutorix that she is beautiful and clicked her photographs in his cellphone and told her that he will send the photographs to her. Accordingly, he sent some photographs to prosecutorix on her cellphone. In absence of her husband, applicant used to chitchat with prosecutorix. In October, 2022, applicant told prosecutorix that he wants to establish physical relations with her and and if she refuses, he will upload her photographs on social media. Prosecutorix refused to have physical relations with applicant. However, one night, when husband of prosecutorix had gone out, applicant forcibly established physical relations with prosecutorix. Thereafter, he made her remove her clothes and videographed her while striping. Thereafter, from time to time, he repeated forcible physical contact with her, when her husband was not there. Prosecutorix informed the same to her husband, however, her husband, due to fear of defamation, asked her to remain silent. Prosecutorix, therefore, claimed that from October, 2022 till 17th April, 2023, applicant has forcibly kept physical relations with her against her wish by threatening to upload her photographs on social media.
