1.We have considered the submissions of the learned
Advocates for the respective sides. The learned Advocate Shri Munde
is on the panel of the GMIDC and since a short issue of deciding the
representation was before us, we directed him to cause his
appearance.

2.The learned AGPs submit that the representation of the
Petitioners dated 19.10.2022, would be considered in accordance
with law within such time as the Court may direct.

3.In view of the above, thesepetitions are disposed off with
a direction to Respondent No.4 to decide the pending representations
of the Petitioners dated 19.10.2022, by following the due procedure
laid down in law and in accordance with the provisions of the Land
Acquisition Act, 1894, within ninety (90) days.
