2. At the outset, Mrs. Nimbalkar, learned AGP states that there is an alternate remedy available under the provisions of the Maharashtra Land Revenue Code.
3. In view of the said contention, Mr. Bangar, learned counsel seeks withdrawal of the Writ Petition with liberty to avail an alternate remedy.
4. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is allowed to be withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.

5. It is clarifed that this Court has not considered the merits, and all the contentions on merits are expressly kept open.
6. It is further clarifed that the Petitioner will be entitled to beneft of Section 14 of the Limitation Act in view of the pendency of this Petition.
