1 The learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present Petition except for prayer clause (c) and submits that the trial court may be requested to decide the Application filed by Petitioner for appointment of Court Commissioner in an expeditious manner.
2 The Writ Petition is accordingly permitted to be withdrawn. The Application for appointment of Court Commissioner is pending since 17 December 2019. The trial Court shall proceed to hear and decide the same as expeditiously as possible.
