3 The Petitioner being aggrieved by item no. 2 of the said order had approached this Court challenging the same, during the pendency of the said Application. However, today the learned Senior Counsel for the Petitioner places on record final order passed by the Industrial Tribunal, Pune dated 26 April 2023. The said order is tendered in the Court and taken on record. In view of the said order, the learned Counsel for the Petitioner seeks liberty to withdraw the Writ Petition. Liberty is granted.
