2. The parties have filed a Petition for divorce by mutual consent bearing HMP No. 397 of 2023 before the Competent Court.
3. In view of forgoing, nothing survives in the matter and the Petitioner wishes to withdraw the Petition.
4. The Petition is thus disposed as withdrawn.
