2. Mr. Yadav submitted that since the Petition is
very old and the papers are not traceable in his
office, he may be allowed to take the papers from
the Court.
3. Mr. Yadav is permitted to take a copy of
Petition alongwith copies of the previous orders on
payment of copying charges. Leave granted. He has
requested that he shall make an endeavor to
contact the Petitioners. Stand over to 22nd
December, 2022.”
2. Today Mr. Yadav holding for Mr. Kanuga Advocate on record has submitted a letter dated 14.12.2022 addressed by the Advocate on record to the Petitioners. The said letter is taken on record and marked as ‘X’ for identification.

may kindly be perused.
