06.08.2021. He has preferred a writ petition dated 20.12.2022 for
reconsideration. He has already joined the place of transfer. The learned
advocate representing the Zilla Parishad submits that the representation would
be considered on its own merits.
2.In view of the above, this petition is disposed off by recording the
