1. At the outset, both the learned counsel submitted that

parties have settled the matter before the Debts Recovery
Tribunal. Schedule of repayment is fixed till 25.3.2025. In
view of that, they submit that the proceedings in SCC No.2169
of 2016 be kept in abeyance till 25.3.2025.

2. Learned advocate for the respondent no.2 has placed on

record E-mail communication to that effect informing that
respondent no.2 is agreeable to keep the matter pending
before the Trial Court in abeyance till the period stated in the
consent terms i.e. 25.3.2025. Said communication is taken on
record and marked as ‘X’ for identification.

3. In view of above, petition can be allowed by directing the learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Aurangabad to keep the proceeding of SCC No.2169 of 2016 in abeyance till 25.3.2025.
