pending on the file of Judicial Magistrate First Class, CBD Belapur,
Navi Mumbai arising out of C.R No.331 of 2014 registered with Vashi
Police Station, under Sections 498-A, 323, 504, 506 read with 34 of
IPC.

2. Respondent no.2 has affirmed an Affidavit dated 17^th April 2023 before Assistant Registrar of this Court. It is stated therein that, she has resolved differences between herself and the Petitioners MANISH Digitally signed by MANISH SURESH SURESH THATTE amicably and without any undue influence, coercion or pressure on THATTE Date: 2023.05.0409:45:31 +0530 her, she has affirmed the Affidavit. In paragraph no.5 she has given

her `no objection’ for quashing of said R.C.C No.1603 of 2014
pending on the file of Judicial Magistrate First Class, CBD Belapur

3. Respondent no.2 is personally present in Court and through her Advocate reiterated the contents of her Affidavit dated 17^th April 2023 and her No Objection’ for quashing R.C.C No.1603 of 2014.`
