The Petitioner stated to be a member of an Organization has filed this Petition against three private parties carrying out work of Ready-mix Cement, which according to the Petitioner is not legal and cognizance should have been taken by the State and Municipal Authorities.
2 This Petition was filed on 1 April 2019 thereafter the Petitioner has shown no interest in prosecuting this Petition or to seek any urgent orders. Except stating that the Petitioner is member

of an organization. The Petitioner has not given any details of the social activities, if any, the Petitioner is carrying out. Therefore, we have serious doubt as regards bonafides of this Petitioner who ought to have taken interest, if the cause was so serious, which he has not taken for last four years.
3 We therefore, dispose of the Writ Petition keeping the cause open to be considered if it is brought forth by a public spirited bonafide person.
