of the Judge’s order along with affidavit of
petitioner affirmed on 28.10.2023, copy of grant
issued on 11.09.2023, draft of Memorandum of
Understanding consent affidavit of Rafiya affirmed
on 28.10.2023.

2. Petitioner to correct the draft and to mention
the description of the property as per grant.
Furthermore, petitioner to carryout correction as
suggested in the draft. Petitioner to clarify whether
property is transferred in the name of the
administrator and annex the documents in this
regard. After compliance, the petitioner to submit
the judge’s Order along with all documents to the
office. The office to place the matter before
undersigned for initial.
