sale.
2. Petitioner to correct the draft by mentioning correct date of affirmation of affidavit . Furthermore, petitioner to file consent affidavit of the legal heirs of the deceased and mention the correct heading regarding the draft copy of agreement .
3. After compliance of the same, office is directed to place the draft along with necessary documents for approval as per the Rules.
