1. Ld. Advocate for the petitioner showed
the draft with suggested corrections in
coram and title. Furthermore, he filed 1
additional page in a draft of the agreement
showing the names of the purchasers.
Considering all these requisitions draft is
appeared to be proper. Hence, petitioner to
file complete set of Judge’s order with
necessary documents.

2.Upon submission of the Judges’
Order, along with affidavit of the petitioner
and all other necessary documents, which
are referred in the affidavit, it be placed for
having initial and upon ensuring that the
Judge’s order is complete in all respect,
including pagination and marking of
Exhibits, etc., the office to proceed for
registration of JOT, as per the Rules.
