1 The learned counsel for the applicant would submit that in the wake of his acquittal in the Special Case No. 18 of 2002, he seek permission to withdraw the Revision Application as it has been rendered infructuous.
He has also placed on record judgment dated 29/08/2022, passed by the Special Court for CBI Greater Bombay.
Accepting the aforesaid statement, the Revision Application stands disposed off as withdrawn.
