legal heirs of the deceased are mentioned in paragraph No. 4 of the Petition. Purpose for filing the present Petition is stated in paragraph No. 8 & 9 of the Petition. I have perused the same.
3. Consent affidavits dated 03.09.2021 and 28.02.2022 filed by
other legal heirs are filed on record. I have perused the same.
4. In view of the above, present Misc. Petition is allowed and
disposed of in terms of prayer clauses (a) which reads thus:-
