“It is therefore prayed that Maya Dinesh Sawant has
no interest in the matter which is adverse that of the
minor Respondent 4(d) her daughter Vaishnavi
Dinesh Sawant and is a fit person to be appointed as
her Guardian ad Litem.”
6. Ms. Narvekar states that necessary amendments will be carried out within four weeks from today. If any of the newly impleaded legal representatives are to be served then steps will also be taken within four weeks from today to serve them.
7. All the above Misc. Civil Applications are disposed of.
