appears along with Mr.Patil, learned Counsel for the Respondent, and
submits that they have instructions to submit that the Respondent has
no objection if the Petition for restitution of conjugal rights filed by the
Respondent in the Family Court at Alibaug is transferred to the Family
Court at Thane.
2. Having heard the learned Counsel and having considered the no
objection, the Application is made absolute in terms of Prayer clause
(a) which reads thus :

“(a) This Honourable Court be pleased to issue order under Section 24 of the Civil Procedure Code for Transfer of the Proceeding being Marriage Petition No. 53 of 2022 pending before the Hon’ble Family Court Alibag at Raigad to Hon’ble Family Court Kalyan at Kolhapur.”3. The application accordingly stands disposed.
