2. By this application, the applicant seeks leave to amend the

petition as per the schedule appended with the said application.

3. Mr.Amit Desai, learned Senior Counsel has tendered an

affidavit-in-reply on behalf of the respondent Nos.2 to 4. The same is
taken on record.

4.Learned Senior Counsel vehemently opposes grant of
amendment, as sought for, in the application.

5.Without going into the merits of the application and

subject to the objection raised by the learned Senior Counsel for the
respondent Nos.2 to 4, we allow the application in terms of prayer
clause (a).
