3. Application has been taken out for seeking restoration of Writ Petition No.9024 of 2017 which was dismissed by this Court on 14^th February, 2022 for non prosecution. For the reasons mentioned in the Application and learned Advocate agreeing to pay costs of Rs.5,000/to Kirtikar Law Library, High Court, Mumbai which shall be paid within a period of one week from today the Interim Application stands allowed. If the costs are paid, the Writ Petition shall stand restored to the file.
