3. Interim Application No.17259 of 2023 seeks fixing of date for final hearing and early disposal of Writ Petition No.4109 of 2009 on the ground that Respondent is old and that he is having no source of income and would be dependent upon the outcome of the Writ Petition.

therein, Interim Application is allowed and disposed.
