The above Interim Application is filed seeking a condonation of delay of 1 year and 42 days in filing the above Interim Application seeking restoration of the above Family Court Appeal which was dismissed for default on 10^th June, 2022.

2 For the reasons set out in the Interim Application, we allow the same in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b) which read thus:-

a) “That this Hon’ble court be pleased to condone the delay of 1 year and 42 days caused in filing present Interim Application.

b) That this Hon’ble Court be pleased to recall Order dated 10^th June, 2022 passed by this Hon’ble Court in Family Court Appeal No.83 of 2009 and further Family Court Appeal No.83 of 2009 be restored to it’s original file.”

3 The Interim Application is disposed of in the aforesaid terms. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
