Applicant/Petitioner on 6th November 2019 in respect of certain debts and
securities of one Prabha Chakradhar Deshpande (the deceased). The learned
counsel for the Applicant/Petitioner points out that there is an error in the
surname of the Applicant/Petitioner in the cause title inasmuch as the surname

has been incorrectly mentioned as “Despande” where as the same should read as
“Deshpande” . He, therefore, submits that the present Interim Application may be
allowed.
perused the Interim Application and I find that the same is in order and deserves
to be allowed in the interest of justice.
