1. That award was passed on 6th day of July, 2019, by the arbitrators of Mumbai Textiles Merchants' Mahajan. The Respondents failed to make the payment of award hence Execution Application No. 2150 OF 2022 for execution of award was filed by the Cla\lllants before this Hon'ble Court whereafter the parties to the dispute had arrived at amicable settlement wherein the Respondents agrees to pay Rs. 4, 75,000/- in full and final settlement against the claim of the claimants.
