“a) That this Hon’ble Court be pleased to permit the withdrawal / disposal of the present Civil Revision Application No. 203 of 2007, the Interim Application No. 3333 of 2019 and Civil Application No. 485 of 2018 between the parties in terms of the Settlement Agreement;
b) That this Hon’ble Court be pleased to order and direct the “Registrar, High Court Appellate Site, Bombay” to release the entire amounts deposited by the petitioner towards Compensation / Mesne Profit together with accrued interest thereon, if any, in favour of the respondent.
c) That this Hon’ble Court be pleased to vacate the directions for deposite contained in the Order dated 1st December 2016 annexed at Exhibit-‘C’ hereto.
CRA No. 203 of 2007 do not survive and stand disposed of.
