submits that the directions of this Court in Writ Petition No.14369/2021
dated 22.12.2021 are being complied with. The committee headed by the
Hon’ble Chief Minister is taking up the matter. It was before that Committee

on 23.03.2023. With the consent of both the sides the matter was
adjourned to 10th April 2023. He would further submit that final decision
would be taken within two months. Both these communication dated
23.03.2023 are taken on record.
2.In view of the commitment which is accepted as an undertaking
to the Court and with the hope that the final decision would be taken within
two months the contempt petitions are disposed of.
