2. By accepting the above statement and directing the Special Committee to act accordingly, we dispose of this Contempt Petition.

However, if there is no compliance within three weeks, then, we grant the Petitioner liberty to revive this contempt petition.
3. The Special Committee, in the above eventuality, must file affidavits explaining non-compliance.
4. The contempt petition is disposed of for the present.
