The Consent Terms are also signed by Respondent No.1 and Respondent No.2 as well as their Advocate. The Consent Terms are also signed by Respondent No.3. The Appellant as well as all the Respondents are personally present in the Court. They also confirm that the dispute between the Appellant and the Respondents has been settled in terms of the Consent Terms.
3. Learned counsel appearing for the Appellant as well as learned counsel appearing for Respondent Nos.1 and 2 identifies signatures of their respective clients. Respondent No.3–Anand Tanaji Bhalerao states that the signature appearing on the Consent Terms as of Respondent No.3 is his own signature.
4. The said Consent Terms are taken on record and marked “X” for identification. Self-attested photocopies of Aadhar Cards of all the parties are taken on record and marked “X1” for identification. Undertakings given in the Consent Terms of respective parties are accepted.
