. This is an application seeking condonation of delay of 403 days for
preferring the Appeal impugning the Judgment and Order dated 17
December, 2013 passed by the MACT, Mumbai in MACP Appeal No. 1733
of 2007. Ms. Chavan, learned Counsel for the Appellant draws the
attention of this Court to paragraphs 4 to 8 of the application in support of
her contention. She submits that Respondents have been served.
Respondent No.2 has no objection if the application is allowed.
Respondent No. 1 has been served by paper publication.
